Recipe for Cous-Cous
- fry in Olive oil chopped garlic, tomatoes and olives.
- add a cup or two of water depending how much cous-cous you make.
- bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper.
- add cous-cous and remove from heat.
- add parmesan cheese.
